PAYMENT
Payment in full must be received before the dispatch of all orders.  A 50% deposit is required to secure all stock for any forward orders more than one week in advance to hold stock. Payment via Credit Card, Direct Deposit and Cheque (must clear prior to dispatch).

PRICING
100% deposit payments must be made to commence work on custom orders. Coastal Drift Interiors is not responsible for the delay of delivery due to late payment being received. Please contact us for wholesale prices if you do not have a registered login to our wholesale website.  Pricing is subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), exclusive of local freight and for wholesale exclusive of GST.  GST will be separately itemised on your invoice for all Australian customers.  International customers may be exempt from Australian GST which may be claimable through relevant avenues in your country.  Your freight costs will be calculated upon confirmation of order.

PRE-ORDERS
50% deposit is required to secure stock for all orders. If deposit payment has not been received and stock runs out, the order will be allocated to the next incoming shipment. Coastal Drift Interiors does not guarantee availability of stock without deposit payments.  We will not refund for change of mind unless these items are faulty – and then it is at the discretion of Coastal Drift Interiors.  Coastal Drift Interiors is not responsible for the delay of delivery due to late payment being received.

CUSTOM ORDERS
100% payment must be made to commence work on special orders and custom-made items. DELIVERIES
Delivery fees and times vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. For deliveries within Australia, the delivery price for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and order confirmation and included in the total price of your order. Changes made to delivery address or delivery time after placing an order may incur additional charges, which we reserve the right to request to add to your original delivery charge. Delivery estimates calculated at checkout are based on delivery to the front door of a ground floor. Approval for requests to have items delivered past this point must be requested prior to an order being placed. This is a request and cannot be guaranteed. The request is based on courier availability and payment of this service.
Coastal Drift Interiors delivers Australia-wide using a variety of different carriers depending on the size of your order and your location. We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. If you are located outside of Australia and wish to place an order, we can also deliver to you. Please contact us at sales@coastaldrift.net for a national or international freight quote. Your quote will be calculated based on your destination and the measurements of your order.
48 hours’ notice is required for all local pickups. Local pickups will only be held in warehouse for period of 10 working days. Goods will only be dispatched once final payment has been received. Delivery of product is subject to availability. Please check with our office on availability and product lead-times. We will endeavor to ship all items within 2 business days of available stock. Shipping times are estimated between 3 - 7 business days.  However, we advise that you please allow up to 7 days for all deliveries. 
It is the customer’s responsibility to acquire the correct delivery address and details of the recipient. Any extra deliveries due to incorrect address information will incur delays and additional delivery fees. Deliveries to unit complexes or apartment blocks require a suitable contact number before delivery. 
The booking of delivery transport is a complimentary service offered by Coastal Drift Interiors who will determine the appropriate shipping mode and carrier. Domestic freight is charged at check-out, unless "option to collect" is checked. International freight is an additional charge to be added to invoice for payment. Coastal Drift Interiors will endeavor to find the best price freight for the appropriate transport required for each order. Orders are dispatched are from our Warriewood warehouse. For Australia-wide courier transport, consignment information will be provided for tracking the delivery. Due to the nature of courier transport, we encourage you have “Authority to Leave” on your booking. If “Authority to Leave” is not provided, there may be additional re-delivery charges for failed deliveries.

DAMAGES
Coastal Drift Interiors inspects product and cartons prior to dispatch to ensure product leaves our warehouse in the best possible condition. All products should be inspected immediately upon arrival with any damages noted on the delivery paperwork. If any items are received with damages, Coastal Drift Interiors must be notified within 48 hours of receipt for us to assist in resolving the situation. Coastal Drift Interiors is not a carrier and the damages incurred in transport are not the fault of Coastal Drift Interiors. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, which may include making insurance claims, arranging repairs and in some circumstances replacement. Clear photographs of the product and carton damages must support all damages that are reported. Any broken parts MUST be kept and returned together with original cartons. Damaged stock returned with missing parts will not be actioned until all parts have been returned. Coastal Drift Interiors will not accept claims after 48 hours of successful delivery.

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Coastal Drift Interiors do not offer refund for any delays on pre-orders due to circumstances outside of their control, for example due to COVID-19, international freight delays, Australian Quarantine controls or Australian government restrictions of trade and movement within Australia. Coastal Drift Interiors do not offer a refund for change of mind. We recommend you choose your items carefully and consider measurements and dimensions before purchasing items in store and online. In certain circumstances, we may authorise an exchange. Additional transport charges for exchanging product will incur the additional transport fees. Only faulty or damaged product may be returned and are subject to prior authorisation at Coastal Drift Interiors discretion. Any exchange or return should be made within 7 days of receiving goods. Sale items are not covered by our Returns & Exchange Policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods being returned appear to have been damaged due to improper use.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of a refund for orders cancelled prior to dispatch, Afterpay and Shopify fees are non-refundable.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Coastal Drift Interiors offers 1 year limited warranty from date of sale on invoice against manufacturing faults, which are determined at Coastal Drift Interiors discretion.

DISCLAIMER
Coastal Drift Interiors manufactures its products from natural materials and uses hand-made processes for all its products. These products are made in remote and rural villages of Africa, frays or 'ends' of the cane fibre may appear through the weave, and remnants of dirt or dust, or marks can sometimes be present.  Irregularities in shapes, colours, surfaces and finishes may be present and these imperfections are celebrated as part of the unique and natural characteristics of our product. Splitting, chips, cracking, natural defects and leeching of natural oils are present in natural timbers and are not considered faults. Specifications in size and finish may differ from those stated or shown and the actual items may vary from catalogue or website images.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Coastal Drift Interiors and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
